Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet), a fast growing Company would like to invite suitably qualified, commercially oriented and self-driven individuals to apply for the following position:
FACILITIES SPECIALIST (3 Year Contract)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing BoFiNet facilities and ensuring that they are effectively maintained. He/She will also facilitate acquisition of sites, plan, organise and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates annual departmental plans and facilitation thereof.
2. Ensures effective maintenance of facilities.
3. Ensures the effective use of all facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
4. Monitors all facilities projects and ensures that accurate planning of facilities for inclusion in annual, medium and long term budgets.
5. Facilitates acquisition of sites and planning of resources.
6. Coordinates contracts and service level agreements.
7. Manages the vendors’ services.
8. Facilitates the process of securing all infrastructure, equipment and BoFiNet’s assets.
9. Ensures compliance with all government regulatory requirements.

Academic Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have attained the following:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Estate Management or related field.
• A minimum of four (4) years’ work experience in managing facilities.
