ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – LIAISON

Applicants are invited from suitably qualified employees for the position of Accounts Executive - Liaison. The purpose of this role entails Billing, Collection and Allocation of premiums across our network of pay points as well as robust paypoints relationship management.

Requirements

Key Performance Areas

• Review and validate debit files and ensure timely submission of same to the respective pay points
• Collect premiums from pay points and ensure accuracy in premiums receipting and allocations
• Review and validate the accuracy of premiums allocated at policy level per pay point
• Ensure credit files and or payment schedules are received on time from the pay points
• Monitor and attend to premium rejections and unmatched credits per pay point
• Management of Arrears Balances
• Ensure timely preparation of pay point reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash office processing
• Pay points stop order maintenance
• Staff development and performance management
• Management reporting

Education
A Business Degree or equivalent

Background Experience

• Five (5) years relevant work experience especially in financial services, two (2) of which should have been at supervisory level
• Sound experience in insurance industry environment with enhanced product knowledge
