Field Service Administrator
The role
The incumbent will provide service to clients, manage the in-and-out flow of products to and from the mines, report job flow to management, do on job training, manage systems, be responsible for documentation control, implement and control correct procedures for quotations, control and report invoicing, control filing system, process client and supplier queries, control stationery usage, control and report time administration. You will also be responsible for controlling WIP Reporting, travel arrangements and PPE procurement and compliance
Your profile
- Matric Certificate
- Understanding of Underground mining operations.
- Thorough understanding of financial systems, invoicing & shipping processes.
- Computer literacy (proven competence in Microsoft Office and Excel applications, as well as systems such as System21 (JBA).
- Experience in customer relations
- English proficiency.
- Valid drivers licence is essential.
