1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager the incumbent will be responsible for supervising and managing Front Office Shift as per the S.O.P
1.2.Education, Experience and Competencies
•O'Level or equivalent qualifications
•Certificate in Hotel Management
•Reservations atleast 1 year, Opera, reception Computer literate, background in a hotel/hospital industry would be an added advantage.
•Supervising all the receptionists porters and switchboard operators ensuring that guests are assisted promptly and efficiently during their stay, daily running of the Front Desk, maximizing revenue spent in the Hotel as well as ensuring that the guests enjoy a variety of facilities.
•Ensuring that all procedures and politics are maintained and followed.
