HR Services Advisor
The role
To perform operational HR activity across a range of HR processes in order to contribute to the delivery of quality end to end HR services including resolving first line HR queries in al timely and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to Sandvik employees across all Business Areas within their country or region.
- Perform activities across more that one, if not the full range of HR services offered by HR services including PeopleSoft HR Management Systems, recruitment administration,maintaining employee data and files, learning administration and compensation and benefits administration.
- Be the first point of contact for the above HR related queries from Sandvik employees and manager in a professional and technically accurate way.
- Follow globally consistent processes and procedures in the perfomance of their work and spots and escalates opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to achieving the KPI's and targets set for HR Services.
Your profile
- Minimun 2 years experience working in HR generalist or specialist roles providing services to Line Managers.
- Matric
- HR Qualification.
- Driver's Licence
- Own transport
