Business Manager
To provide support to the Client Coverage team covering: (a) Financial and Management control including budgeting and reporting , (b) risk and compliance, (c) credit related support, (d) quality control of business reporting including MIS (Performance monitoring and variance analyses) and Administration and (e) management of relationships with internal and external clients. The incumbent is also expected to be the Administration and risk manager for the client coverage department by acting as a custodian of Audit, risk and compliance policies on behalf of the department.
Required skills and qualifications
• Business qualification such as a Bachelor of business administration from a recognized university
• Banking or Financial experience is required with considerable experience in the Client Coverage segment of which a significant proportion of time (5yrs+) needs to have been spent in a Ms and / or service support and sales administrative role.
• Knowledge of financial markets, conceptual and practical knowledge of credit procedures, policies and standards, computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft word, excel and power point
• Project management competencies are required
