General Manager
A leader in the life insurance industry is looking for a suitably qualified and ambitious General Manager to lead their growing business.

Academic and Professional Background
• An insurance related degree or an Associate of the IISA (ACII)
• At least 10 years experience in a senior management position in an insurance company or brokerage
Personal Attributes and skills
• Knowledge of the life insurance laws and NBFIR regulations
• Management and leadership skills in order to implement and maintain work processes
• Working knowledge of information systems and it
• Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proactive and accurate work ethic
• Strong marketing expertise
• Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proactive and accurate work ethic
• Strong marketing expertise
• Must have high level knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills, must have proven ability to develop relationships with customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
