1.1.Job Purpose 

To assist with the technical development, implementation and management of the Mascom Wholesale products and services.

●Manage and plan wholesale network resources
●Coordinate wholesale services to customers

●Monitor wholesale and inter-operator fraud

1.4.Job Requirements

●Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications
●At least 3 years experience in a technical telecommunication environment
