ASSISTANT TEACHER/TEACHER-(CHOBE REGION)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:-PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE
SALARY SCALE: DIPLOMA C4 (P62 136-P74 232 per annum)
DEGREE C3 (P77 028-P92 068 per annum)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified teachers to teach at primary schools in the Chobe Region. This invitation is open only to those who have a teaching qualification and are Botswana citizens.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Teaching of pupils based on prescribed syllabus, supervising pupils, guiding and counseling pupils, maintaining records and participating in extracurricular activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
The eligible candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Education (2013 or earlier).
The following should be part of the application:
• 2 completed Form DPSM 2s which can be acquired from this office or any Regional Education Office
• 2 Full and up-to- date CV which includes full contact details (cell no)
• 2Certified copy of Omang
• 2 Certified copies of certificates and transcripts
• 2 certified copies of Tirelo Sechaba (if served)
• 2 references (2012 or later).
