1.RECEPTIONIST - SCHEDULED
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Front Office Shift Leader, the job incumbent will be responsible for controlling the efficient running of the Hotel Reception and perform all administration duties in a sound and professional manner
1.2.Education, Experience and Competencies
•O'Level/BGCSE or equivalent
•2 years as a receptionist in a hotel OR more than 2 years attachments in a hotel
•Be prepared to work shifts, be physically fit, converse fluently and confidently in English , strong customer focus, ability to work with limited supervision, good interpersonal relations, be confident, computer literate, (Opera will be an added advantage
), high attention to details, ability to cope with under pressure, integrity.
1.3.Key Responsibility Areas
•Daily running of the front desk
•Check in and out hotel guests and maintenance of hotel accounts
•To answer all the telephone calls quickly and promptly in accordance with the Hotel Standards.
