2.OFFICER ROOM BOOKINGS AND SCHEDULING: REF: RS/01
2.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To provide high quality service to internal and external client groups and to ensure that all activities associated with the University's timetabling activities meet the requirements of the University and are administered efficiency, on time and with a minimum disruption to the students, academic and administrative staff across all campuses.
2.2.Education & Experience
•A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or/an equivalent suite of tertiary education qualification is required.
•At least 2 years experience at tertiary level, in student academics and administrative registry services.
2.3.Competencies & Skills
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
•Good computing skills eg word, excel, outlook
•Demonstrate understanding of tertiary and higher education systems and structures, and of academic programmes i.e. undergraduate and graduate programmes
•Knowledge of computerized information systems
•Good negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
•High level of numeracy in order to prepare reports and analytics
•Knowledge of international higher education systems.
