The role

To assemble & test machines (rebuilt & new) in the workshop, through:

• Machine Assembly
• Functional & Operational Testing
• Customer satisfaction
• Safety, health and environmental effectiveness

This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining Workshop clients (internal & external), according to Sandvik Mining requirement and machines and specifications

Your profile

• Grade 10/Standard 8
• English literacy
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a dissembler of earthmoving equipment
• Code B licence
• Certificate of fitness to work in workshop environment and underground environment.
• Experience in engineering workshop(s)
• Experience in:
• Rebuilt of machinery and drifters as well as component repairs.
• Technical and/or mechanical background
• A certificate of competence in mining equipment will be an advantage
