Human Capital Services training and consulting company based in Gaborone would like to engage the services of a Sales & Marketing Officer.

Job Duties
Liaise with clients and identify training programmes that fit their organizations.
Conduct research on training institutions that can partner with the company
Manage relationships with training partners
Organize training events by booking venues, flights and accommodation for stakeholders.
Liaise with BQA for accreditation

purposes
Maintain a good working knowledge of market conditions in order to be in a position to recommended competitive market development, customer opinions, services acceptance and effectiveness of training programmes.
Implement sales and marketing plans and ensure sales targets are met.
Minimum Qualifications, experience and

skill requirements
Degree in Sales/marketing/­customer management/customer relations.
One year work experience in a marketing or customer management environment
Highly Independent and requires minimum supervision
Computer literate in standard Microsoft Office Software
