Support Consultant
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful incumbent will be required to provide internal and external customer service through resolution of financial administrative transactions.
Collector II (x6)
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful incumbent will be required to recover outstanding arrears through engaging customers telephonically
Scheme Administrator
Reporting to the Team Leader Schemes Administration, the successful incumbent will be required to recover monthly loan installments and outstanding arrears by creating schedules and scheduling loans by engaging employers for the repayments.
Attorney Liaison Officer (x2)
Reporting to the Team Lead: Third Party/External Stakeholder Management, the successful incumbent will be required to manage a portfolio of accounts, manage the relationships with liquidators and attorneys and monitor legal fees.
External Debt Collections Liaison Officer
Reporting to the Team Lead: Third Party/External Stakeholder Management, the successful incumbent will be required to manage a portfolio of accounts, manage the relationships with external debt collectors and monitor external debt collection fees.
Collections Team Leader I (x1)
Reporting to the Collections Manager: Pre Legal, the successful incumbent will be required to lead and supervise a team of collectors in order to ensure they achieve quality and productivity targets by optimally leveraging resources and support functions.
Manager: Pre-Legal
Reporting to the Head-Credit Recoveries, the successful incumbent will be required to reduce the cost of legal collections through management of the operational implementation of early stage (pre-legal) collections with a view to rehabilitating the customer.
Manager: Legal
Reporting to the Head-Credit Recoveries, the successful incumbent will be required to define, optimize and operationally implement a legal collections process through management of the legal collection portfolio specialists in order to reduce the bad debt portfolio.
Client Services Manager
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Director - Client Service, FNB seeks the expertise of an individual who will provide service support and leadership to business partners, thereby obtaining their commitment to the implementation of service initiatives, resulting in the provision of effective and improved customer experience. Implement service improvement initiatives as per the Banks service strategy. This will involve driving both strategic and operational issues that arise, and ensure traction on various service management processes of major business significance.
