Convenience – Store Co-ordinator
Reporting to the Country Retail Manager based in Gaborone

Job Summary
The job holder will develop and implement action plans to improve Convenience store offer, customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. The incumbent will define action plan to grow the non fuel income activities, coordinate Convenience retailing activities and supervise as well as implement marketing activities.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers: customer needs are met, service is quick and efficient, enforce adherence to Puma Energy’s visual operating and customer service standards to help maintain the brand in the shops and other facilities.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and policy by implementing controls for all Non-Fuel Income generating facilities on the retail network.
• Ensure recommended retail pricing policy is implemented, maintain product master file. Manage in-store merchandising and planograms to maximize product displays and shelf management.
• Training, up-skilling and performance management of retailers and store management.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
• A strong background in Retail or Sales Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Valid driver’s licence
