DRAWING OFFICE TECHNICIAN

Requirements

Reporting to Ancillary Planning Leader, the incumbent will develop and maintain accurate plans of all BTC network infrastructure. This will be performed by receiving requests for network drawings from the Routing and Records team, Architecture and Solutions Section and from other teams in the Planning and Specification Section.The incumbent will also produce detailed drawings and plans for all telecommunications infrastructure, using CAD system, use GPS satellite maps and plans, where feasible, to improve accuracy and reduce costs,develop detailed drawings and plans for all new telecommunications infrastructure,ensure that plans are accessible to authorised BTC employees, maintain security of plans and drawings and ensure that computerised records of network and infrastructure plans are backed up and carry out site visits to evaluate local terrain and the feasibility of installations; incorporate local information into network and infrastructure drawings.

MOBILE OPTIMISATION ENGINEER

Requirements

Reporting to Mobile Network Planning Leader, the incumbent will maintain a reliable and high-performing mobile network as a platform for delivering revenue-generating services to BTC’s customers.This will be achieved through monitoring & analysing the GSM, WCDMA/HSDPA radio network statistics on daily basis,maintaining mobile network performance as per the contracted KPIs for accessibility, customer retention, mobility and service integrity and preventing network congestion and call drops by optimising IRAT handovers, spectrum use and scrambling codes. Furthermore the incumbent will select and develop options for potential solutions, assessing them for both technical and business suitability, test radio performance for newly integrated sites and take the necessary action to improve network performance etc.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor, the incumbent will implement an agreed schedule of internal audits, identifying risks and recommending action to mitigate risks in order to secure business continuity. Futhermore the incumbent will conduct internal audits in response to a business risk or continuity failure, identifying risks and recommending action to mitigate risks in order to secure business continuity.

ADVERTISING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST X 2

Requirements

Reporting to the Advertising and Media Manager, the incumbent will manage all Marketing, Communications and Advertising Campaigns on behalf of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care.The incumbent will manage the advertising budget and develops the advertising strategy, manage contracts with advertising agencies as well as the national and local media and manage evaluation of advertising campaigns to monitor effectiveness and apply lessons in subsequent advertising campaigns.The incumbent will also assess advertising needs or media requirements of the corporation and meet with the relevant departments to discuss the communication needs,develop an advertising plan for a given period and share the plan with the Advertising and Media Manager as well as relevant stakeholders,actively work with the Product Manager to determine the cost estimate and timing for communicating the project. Futhermore the incumbent will select advertising medium for a campaign at hand, manage implementations and distribution of communication tools to both internal and external audiences.
