In addition, a Supplementary Allowance of SR3000 (USD226.41) per month or SR36, 000 (USD2, 716.98) per annum and an
i) (USD226 x 10BWP=P2, 260) or
ii) (USD2717 x 10BWP = P27, 170)
Inducement Allowance of SR1058.80 (USD79.90) per month or SR12, 705.60 (USD958.86) per annum will also be paid.

SUMMARY OF ALLOWANCE:
i) Supplementation Allowance per Annum: P27, 170.00
ii) Inducement Allowance per Annum: P 9, 590.00
TOTAL ALLOWANCES:
P36, 760.00 per Annum
Conversion Rate: USD 1.00 = SR13.25 as at 2nd September 2015.
The salary and allowances are subject to 15% of income tax.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All contracts with the Government of Seychelles are for 24months (2years). Every two years the contract holder and his/ her spouse and up to four (4) children under 18 years receive free return air passage to Botswana.
LEAVE: 42 days leave for the duration of the contract

OTHER BENEFITS:
• Free medical and health services for contract holder and family.
• Excess baggage allowances up to 25 Kilos for the tour, 35 Kilos for the second tour and 45 Kilos for third and successive and subsidized housing with hard furnishing.

MEDICAL REPORT:
• All successful candidates will be required to submit a full medical examination report before being appointed.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Working hours will be approximately 8 hours per day Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a Secondary School Teacher in the Content subject Area.
2. Teaching Subject being applied for MUST BE a Major Subject at First Degree Level.
3. Should demonstrate students’ academic performance in the teaching area applying for.
4. Must demonstrate ability to manage learners with special needs.
5. Must demonstrate ability to manage classroom diversity.
6. Must demonstrate ability to mix with communities of diverse socio- economic and cultural background.
7. Must demonstrate ability to engage in extra curricula activities.
9. Must be fluent in English
10. Must have Passed Form Five with Minimum (Second Class; 36points)
11. Knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
