Job Description : The purpose of this position is to ensure that Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance and services are provided in line with organizational and Client requirements.

Main purpose : Investigate, diagnose problems and breakdowns to determine resource requirements and order spares according to company procedures. Performs inspections in accordance with the Botswana Mines, Quarries, Works and Machinery Act and analyse breakdowns of previous shift at the beginning of each shift by analyzing relevant communication. Liaise and manage service level agreements with various stake holders. Ensure all installations and equipment are safe and in good working order. Attend to breakdowns immediately to minimize down-time. Determine work schedules with other Engineering / Process teams to ensure availability and optimize utilization of equipment to relevant section. Consult with production teams on maintenance activities that effect production. Perform administrative duties to ensure record accuracy and availability, budget compliance and spares availability.

Competencies / Skills & Requirements : O level and NCC qualification in a relevant Trade. Five years’ experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience is required. Own vehicle to attend to call outs
