Qualification Level : Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Process
Experience : 5-10 years

Job Description : To plan, direct and manage all operational activities on the plant in order to deliver contractual requirements, provide value-add to the client and continuously improve the service delivery in all aspects.

Main purpose : Contract Performance Adjustments, Meeting contractual KPI’s, Budget Compilation and – Management, Customer Relationship Management, Adherence to Engineering and Processing Standards, Adherence to Legal Requirements, Operations Management, Staff Management.

Competencies / Skills : Formal process related qualification (degree or diploma) is required. A relevant business management qualification is advantageous. 5 years technical experience in the diamond process/engineering industry is required with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position required. Diamond experience is essential.
