MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To perform administrative human resource management and financial support duties for BOT 50.
Key performance areas:
a) Assists in the creation and maintenance of database relating to employee benefits.
b) Processes recruitment related matters.
c) Administers rules and regulations pertaining to staff welfare.
d) Monitors transport usage.
e) Monitors cleanliness and appearance of offices and surroundings.
f) Drafts responses to correspondence
