1. CORPORATION SECRETARY (THREE YEAR CONTRACT) BASED AT HEAD OFFICE- GABORONE
The Position
The incumbent will ensure effective corporate governance through provision of proper legal advice and resource the Board to fulfill its duties to the shareholder, and support the Corporation operations through the provision of risk management services.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Law
• Eight (8) years’ experience, five (5) years at management level

2. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS MANAGER (THREE YEAR CONTRACT) BASED AT HEAD OFFICE

The Position
The incumbent will plan, organise, coordinate, consolidate and manage Corporation budget to ensure that cost effective delivery of water services and provide reliable customer care and satisfaction, oversee the expenditure within approved budget limits, through budgetary controls and variance analysis; maintain and ensure master data integrity within the Controlling Module in SAP for the purpose of planning and reporting, maximise returns to the Corporation by managing cash flow and investing surplus funds, monitor loan repayment portfolio, payroll and employees loans, monitoring and management of asset register (approximately P10 billion), project appraisal to enhance management decision making and maintain good corporate governance practices. To also facilitate Management cash flow decision making by providing regular cash balances on all Corporation bank accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in BComm/Accounting/Finance or ATT plus CIMA/ACCA
• Membership of an internationally recognised institute of professional accountants e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA
• Five (5) years’ experience, three (3) years at management level responsible for the budgeting and cost control, treasury management, accounting for projects and assets preparation and production of accounts for a major organisation or Corporation in a computerised accounting environment.
• Light duty driving license
• Membership of an internationally recognised institute of professional accountants e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA
• Five (5) years’ experience, three (3) years at management level responsible for the budgeting and cost control, treasury management, accounting for projects and assets preparation and production of accounts for a major organisation or Corporation in a computerised accounting environment.
• Light duty driving license
