2.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Assists with the running of the activities of the Records Management Unit within the Department.
2.2.Qualifications & Experience
•At least a Certificate in Archives and Records Management
•Applicants should have served at least two (2) years satisfactory performance as Records Assistant / Archives Assistant or equivalent.
2.3.Required Skills & Core Competencies
•Interpersonal skills
•IT Skills
•Good communication skills
•Customer focues
