SALARY SCALE: D4 (P 158,940 –P 175,476) per annum
LEAVE: 30 Working days per annum
BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
(iii) Applicants must have Bachelors Degree plus a teaching quali cation.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 6 years work experience in Education (School Environment), two of which should have been at C1 level. Skills and Competencies Required:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Directs, Manages, Supervises and Co-ordinates Admissions, Examinations and Record Keeping activities of the college.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interprets academic policies to students, parents and other institutions.
• Participates in the implementation of the School’s academic policies.
• Screens all applicants, and registration of all new students.
• Chairs the admissions committee.
• Coordinates graduation ceremonies.
• Acts as Secretary to the Academic Board of the College.
• Prepares institutional information materials such as prospectuses, information for prospective students, academic calendars and examination time-tables.
• Serves on various boards, working parties, and other institutional parties.
• Coordinates memorial services, orientations of new students.
• Liaises with other Departments and Student Representative Committees in coordination of students activities.
