CREW/STAFF SCHEDULING OFFICER

Botswana Railways invites fully qualified Scheduling Specialists with a good record of accomplishment to apply for the position of Crew/Staff Scheduling Officer tenable at Botswana Railways-Mahalapye.This position reports to the Train and Wagon Manager.

Main Purpose of the Job:

To coordinate the aspect of train operations, this involves the scheduling of train crews and staff to ensure minimum time delays and enhanced service delivery in order for Botswana Railways to achieve its operational objectives.

Position Requirements:

Educational: Diploma in Business Administration and a Certificate in Transport Management or related field.

Experience: Three (3) years work experience in a commercial/operating environment, preferably in the transport industry.

Main Purpose of the Job:

To ensure the safeguarding of Botswana Railways by driving compliance and motivating staff towards commitment to best practice of risk management policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Educational: Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
