Background
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world's largest humanitarian organization, with 189 member National Societies. As part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, our work is guided by seven fundamental principles; humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and universality. Organizational Context
Mental health is an integral part of health; indeed, there is no health without mental health. Global Health Mapping results revealed that more than 40 National Societies provide mental health services aimed at reducing stigma and fear, and recognizing that mental health can be a challenging time for both people living with the disease and those surrounding them. We focus on meeting immediate needs of the individual, providing accessible resources without bias, and bridging the health inequities gap.Job
