1.OFFICE MANAGER

1.1.Job Purpose

The job entails running a busy office of 45+ staff, maintaining deadlines on administration, and working on ad hoc projects, reporting to the general manager

1.2.Requirements

•The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
•Computer literate and able to work in excel spreadsheets - preference given for knowledge of quickbooks
•Strong administration skills with strength in maths, and an ability to utilize spreadsheets and excel
•Be systematic and organised
•A minimum of 2 years management experience in an office environment
•Knowledge or work experience in the Tourism industry ab added advantage
•Good written and spoken communication in English and in European languages a distinct advantage
•Must be self motivated and able to work unsupervised
•Driver's license
•Traceable references
