1.CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER
1.1.Job Purpose
The position reports to the Customer Services Supervisor and entails:
•Initiating the claims assessment process by receiving applications for claims from members of the public, and ensuring that all documentation and supporting evidence is attached in order to ensure quick processing of claims.
•Helping in road safety promotion, public education and administrative duties
1.2.Requirements
•BGCSE Certificate or equivalent
•Certificate in customer service, business studies, health or related area
•At least 5 years driving experience and 2 years working in a customer service environment
•Drivers license (EC Good)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
