Role Summary/Purpose	The Corporate Enterprise team works for the office of the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for executing GE’s commercial initiatives globally. Currently organized around Commercial Intensity, Software Selling, Verticals and FastWorks Comm Ops simplification, the role would require a high amount of global travel for extended periods of embedded project work.
Essential Responsibilities	Role Summary, cont. Successful Enterprise Manager will lead a global-focused team of associates conducting market development and sales activities, such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, customer and market segmentation, and field sales. The Enterprise team focuses on marketing analysis (segmentation, prioritization, sales force effectiveness), commercial operations simplification (reduction of cycle time to the customer, improving customer metrics) and service projects (outcome based value props, incentive plans, new business models). The program is global in scope with participants from the North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), China, Japan, SE Asia, and India. Manage a team of ECLP associates assigned to commercial excellence projects and generating incremental sale revenue across the GE portfolio worldwide.  Integrate market development activities to meet business and customer expectations.  Design and implement market development strategies for enterprise opportunities globally.  Align marketing and sales projects with senior sales and marketing managers’ goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements	Basic Qualifications: MBA or Masters Degree  Minimum of 7 years work experience in sales, commercial operations and/or marketing  Excellent communication skills and ability to embrace change  Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills  Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment with multiple priorities  Geographic mobility globally Eligibility Requirements: Must submit your application for employment through gecareers.com to be considered (Internals via COS)  Must be at least 18 years of age  Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.  Must be willing to work out of an office in Fairfield, CT  Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
