1.CAPITAL MANAGER - FNBB TREASURY 

1.1.Qualifications & Experience

•Post-graduate in Economics or related field
•3-5 years experience in research or relevant business experience

1.2.Skills and Competencies

•Good understanding and background in Basel I/II/2.5/III
•Good understanding of the Banking Act and Regulations
•Understanding of risk types impacting regulatory and economic capital
•Ability to interact with external stakeholders on a senior/executive level
•Quantitative modeling skills
•Analytical skills
•Management and leadership exposure
•Experience working both independently and in a team oriented collaborative environment is essential
•Treasury exposure not essential but would be seen as an advantage.
