3.SENIOR PLANT METALLURGIST
3.1.Job Summary
To monitor and optimize the performance of the production plant to meet targeted metallurgical performance and also provide technical expertise to production units.
3.2.Key Performance Areas

•Metallurgical systems and procedures
•Metallurgical Accounting
•Metallurgical Projects
•Budget and Cost control
•People effectiveness
•Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•BSc/HND in Attractive Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
•The incumbent must have at least 5 years of appropriate e,experience in the Mineral Processing field and must have knowledge of base metal processing plants and demonstrated the capability to manage people and resources effectively.
