1.1.Job Summary

As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Restaurant and Bar Manager with the department day to day operation for all F&B outlets and activities in and outside the hotel. The role needs to ensure that all guests who visit the hotel receive an optimized level of service and hospitality that exceeds their expectations, by giving an added value experience.

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•A Bachelor Degree in Hotel/Restaurant management of any related field
•At least 3 years or more experience
