Salary Scale: D2 (P218,592– P241,344 per annum)
The Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism aims to protect the environment conserve the country’s natural resources and derive value out of the environment for the benefit of the nation.
A talented, experienced, proactive, innovative, and self-driven candidate is sought to fill the above-mentioned position in the Ministry of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism – Department of Corporate Services - Gaborone.
Benefits:
i) Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee pays 50%).
ii) Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable staff (Government pays 15% and employee pays 5%).
Leave: 30 working days per annum.
Qualifications: Degree in Strategic Supply Chain Management / Business Administration/Logistics and Chartered Institute in Purchasing and Supply Level VI.
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience, at least 2 years of which should have been served on a managerial post of Assistant Director Supply II on D3 salary grade in Government or equivalent in the Private Sector or Parastatal Organization.
Main Purpose of the Job
To coordinate procurement of goods and services for the Ministry.
