BANCASSURANCE SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
The role of the Bancassurance Service Executive is to monitor and ensure that bancassurance new business enhances optimal services delivery also to develop and implement end-to-end bancassurance processes and workflows from business acquisition to termination.

Requirements

Key Performance Areas

• Identifies lapsed policies or policies in arrears and administers conservation.
• Attends to reconciliation queries from the Bank on arising from their policy administration system.
• Monitor collection and allocation of Bancassurance Premiums.
• Conducts after sales service for all captured new business.
• Delivers new business queries to Banks and premium arrears report.
• Appraise the Bank on market trends, legislative changes and new underwriting requirements.
• Provide the Bank with company standard stationary including product quotations.
• Produce monthly reports for the relationship Manager.
• Reduction of NTU/lapse rate by 0.5% per quarter.
• Reinstatement of policies, payment of arrears and successfully conserve the business.
• Ensure that all Banks agents have a valid accreditation ID.
• Issuance of reports (arrears, persistency, production, outstanding reports and commission statements.)
• Perform spot checks on new business for quality and fraud minimization.

Education
A (BA) Social Sciences or any related qualification. COP is mandatory.

Background Experience
Three (3) years working experience in a Bancassurance service environment.
