IT SECURITY ANALYST - MASCOM

This position is responsible for maintenance of IT Security systems, policies, standards and implementation of the information policy programs to ensure secure operation of the organization’s information resources.

Requirements

• Maintains security platforms to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the organization’s technology infrastructures and information resources.
• Develops and maintains security controls that encompass the entire LAN/WAN, infrastructure, applications and endpoint devices.
• Develops and conducts penetration tests, access reviews and security awareness training programs.
• Responds to security Incidents from monitoring tools and other sources, and conducts investigations and reporting.
• Develops security standards, policies and best practices for the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years related experience.
• Working knowledge of the configuration and operation of Cisco network devices.
• Experience in IT security controls and monitoring with IDS, IAM and general network security management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CISSP, CCNA, CISA or similar certification strongly desired.
