Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification e.g. Mine Overseer’s Certificate, explosives engineers certificate.
- 5 years post qualification experience in a mining environment.
- Light duty driver’s license
- Supervisory development or equivalent course
- Valid Open Pit Blasting License (Certification)

The Project Procurement Manager is responsible to manage a dynamic team of Project professionals such as Project Procurement Managers, Contract Managers, Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators as deployed across capital projects. This should be achieved in collaboration with the Lead of Supply Chain and the Lead of Projects to ensure that alignment is achieved between Projects and SCM and Debswana.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying and/or Business Administration or an equivalent procurement related qualification.
- Eight (8) years’ experience in Capital Procurement with 5 years in a senior capacity.
- Experience in project procurement
- Experience of managing large disparate teams
