Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director Academic Affairs, the Campus Manager manages all campus administrative operations, including the management of the Francistown campus facilities, designated support services, room scheduling, student registration, hostel, libraries and budgets. The Campus Manager serves as the liaison with security and maintenance personnel to ensure that campus needs are effectively met.
Duties and Resposibilities
- Course Management
- Management of the day to day running of courses in conjunction with the College Registrar
- Management of campus security
- Management of library services
- Management and maintenance of classrooms, offices, hostels and gardens in compliance with the required standards
- Management of campus budget
- Staff management and development
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in an appropriate field
- At least eight (8) years post qualification lecturing experience, two (2) of which must have been at Senior Lecturer level
- In depth understanding of lecturer and courses management
- Good overall Management Knowledge
- Good understanding of relevant Safety and Health standards and the implications thereof
- Knowledge and understanding of library principles, policies and procedures
