Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director- Corporate Services, the head of Human Resources guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, polices and programmes for the entire organisation. The roll leads Change Management agenda and manages all HR related internal and external communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources Management or any related field from a recognised university. A Master's Degree is preferable.
- 10 years' experience in HR at Management level, preferably in a learning environment.
- Membership of a recognised professional body
- A Proven track record of effective people and operations management.

- Be able to communicate and negotiate with business as they manage employee relations
- Budgeting and General Fiscal Awareness as it relates to business
- Project Management and Change Management Skills
- Be able to manage key strategic priorities whilst not compromising business at the transactional level
- Extensive knowledge of the Botswana Labour Law and its application
