DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN/MASTER TECHNICIAN (FORD & MAZDA DEALERSHIP)

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Foreman, the incumbent will be required to:
Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
Maintain a high standard of repair quality
Ensure that workshop processes are adhered to
Achieve set targets
Complete Warranty repairs on vehicles, as per the specifications
Maintain and improve on repair standards
Implement and maintain Franchise Rules and Regulations
Mentor and develop Apprentices and Technicians
Maintain house-keeping and Safety Standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

O Level / BGCSE certificate
National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Auto Mechanics or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Qualified Diagnostic/Master Technician
Unendorsed Driver’s Licence
