Job Summary
In line with our quest to develop talent, we at Botswana Life are looking at offering youth an opportunity to join an exciting and rewarding career as an Accredited Financial Advisor through an extensive training program which will allow us to coach and vest individuals to become successful Financial Advisors. You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and a rigorous dose of self-discipline, a good deal of initiative and the ability to build relationships. Botswana Life will teach you everything else.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Have completed a business related degree
• COP will be an added advantage.
• Be computer literate
• Have exceptional relationship building skills
• Have strong entrepreneurial abilities and be performance driven
• Be self-disciplined
• Have business acumen
