Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, The Human Resource Manager - Transactional Services manages and co-ordinates HR support services provided within the College such as Transactional and Administrative Human Resources together with Training Coordination. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective support to all other Departments within the College. The incumbent is accountable or the overall formulation and implementation of policy, procedures, plans and standards relevant to all support services, as well as ensuring adherence to establish corporate governance principles and practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent from a recognised university
- Additional Management or social qualification will be an added advantage
- A membership of a professional Body of management services and Human Recourses institution preferred
- A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience of which at least five (5) years in a management positions
- A proven track record of effective people and operations management
