TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist the Training General Manager to provide adequate and efficient administrative functions in line with the company and BQA set policies and procedures within the department. These functions include recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems.

Requirements
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- Collects and consolidate trainees’ and trainer’s admin.
- Preparation of documentations for all newly enrolled trainees.
- Continuous communication with trainees to maintain effective learner’s support system.
- Liaison with external service providers to keep current with training packages they offer.
- Share availability of space at the training camp with other training departments.
- Collection of all claiming documentation.
- Maintaining and managing the BQA certification register for trainers and facility.
- Effectively managing the Training Camp and Plot Base staff.
- Successfully organizing graduation ceremonies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in business administration/ Higher education qualification in tourism.
- 5 years of work experience in a hospitality establishment and or 5 years of experience managing a busy office.
- Have administration experience and excellent computer skills.
- Teaching experience will be an advantage
