Reporting to the Head of Human Recourses the ideal candidate will provide direction in the improvement of organisation and employee effectiveness and productivity in order to build a winning organisation that will achieve business objectives. This role provides an integrated framework for Manpower Planning and Development, development of an equitable Remuneration and Talent Management Strategy, development and implementation of relevant HR policies and provision of Organisation Design services and Support
Qualifications and Requirements
The candidate should have attained the following
- Degree in Social Sciences, Business management, Human Resources or related field
- A Post Graduate in Project Management, Business Administration or specialised training in Organisational Design or Compensation and Benefits will be an added advantage
- Membership of a recognised professional body
- A minimum of eight (8) years post qualification experience
- Of the above, at least five (5) years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of effective people and operations management
