Reporting to the Head of The i- academy, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team, protecting and developing The i-academy revenue. Furthermore, the role entails contributing to the strategic development of the department and the company as whole.

- Managing the team on a daily basis and ensuring that they are motivated towards delivering their objectives
- Growing The i-academy revenue through customer needs analysis, market & competitor analysis to be able to contribute towards competitive off ers
- Fostering and building good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention
- Engaging customers at high level and developing senior level relationships
- Achieving sales targets and company business objectives
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of each member and working on their development plans
- Optimizing services and detecting new opportunities in the market
- Managing the opportunities you have detected from end to end
- Writing, developing and executing sales strategy for each of the key segments
- Preparing a monthly dashboard
- Having a clear quarterly action plan in place
- Ensuring that the organization of the team is permanently adapted to the challenges and our environment
- Ensuring that sales team portfolios are balanced
- Ensuring that the processes are in place and are effectively used; putting in place measurements of optimising on the processes.
- Empowering team with tools to assist in achieving their objectives
- Conducting portfolio analysis and sales pipeline reviews with your teams
- Working with other business units to ensure that their action plans are really supporting your activities
- Ensuring that customer complaints are managed in a timely and efficient manner

- Proven ability to negotiate and interact with a wide range of persons that can vary from middle management to top executives
- Extremely good commercial skills
- People management skills experience
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic financial skill ability to build and analyse a business case
- Strong team player.

- Self-starter that requires limited management actions
- Have a valid driver’s licence.
Minimum Education/Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum 5 year of experience in managing sales teams in a Business-to-Business environment
- Computer literate (advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
