SALES EXECUTIVE - TOMBSTONE

Applications are invited from competent persons for the post of Sales Executive for FSG's Tombstone factory and showroom in Gaborone.

Requirements

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To initiate tombstone sales, and to co-ordinate orders and deliveries to customers. It involves, amongst other functions, the following:

1. Manage Tombstone showroom and factory at Gaborone;
2. Initiate sales in accordance with monthly sales targets and budgets;
3. Advice customers on appropriate choice of tombstone;
4. Attend to customers, finalize orders and schedule delivery;
5. Facilitate and manage installation of tombstones;
6. Manage the inventory of tombstones at the showroom;
7. Preparing quotes to customers, invoicing customers and collection of payments;
8. Keeping track of all customer details and database;
9. Advise the management regarding the market trend and market changes and keep them aware of the market conditions;
10. Ensure that sufficient stock of marketing materials are available at all times; and
11. Attending to customer queries, complaints and obtaining feedback on service delivered.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree or Diploma in Sales/Business or equivalent from a recognised university.
2. Three to five years of work experience in sales.
3. Computer literacy with knowledge of graphic design software Corel Draw and Microsoft Office.
