Purpose of the Job
Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of human resources services along the human resource value chain from management of workforce planning, and human capital processes such as recruitment, industrial relations, compensation and benefits administrations; and information services systems to contribute to the achievement of the Corporation’s objectives.

- Sound knowledge and application of Botswana Employment and relevant Labour Acts as well as an appreciation of the legal and regulatory frameworks within the aviation industry that govern employment and employer-employee relations.
- Project manage the Corporation human resources services initiatives in order to enable management to effectively management people matters including human resources processes and general conditions of service.
- Research and ensure ‘best in class’ human resources policies and frameworks are implemented to aid the transformation process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good relationship building and management skills
- High attention to detail
Position Minimum Requirements
The candidates should have attained a Degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences from a reputable accredited institution with eight (8) years in Human Resources Management three years of which have at Senior Human Capital Level with thorough knowledge and experience in Botswana’s Labour Law practices. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
