Purpose of the Job
Reporting to Director, Human Resources, the candidate will be responsible for developing, overseeing and reporting on the implementation of workforce planning, attraction and retention, performance management system, career development and succession planning systems. Researches on organisational development interventions to ensure that the Corporation attains a high performance and innovative culture.

- The ability to demonstrate high level of strategic orientation and should be result oriented
- The ability to project manage the Corporation’s talent management initiatives to facilitate availability of a highly skilled, productive and motivated employees.
- Consulting skills
- The ability to conduct research and ensure ‘best in class’ organisational development policies and frameworks are implemented to aid the transformation process
- Excellent communication (verbal & report writing), presentation skills and high level of computer literacy and attention to detail
- Have good interpersonal skills.
Position Minimum Requirements
The candidates should have attained a Degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences/Business studies from a reputable institution with eight (8) years of relevant experience, three years of which should have been at Senior Level as strategy or training & development/talent management coordinator in a similar size Organisation.
