Manage the full Recruitment function to secure top talent for the organization
Coordinate employee remuneration and benefits and ensure consistent alignment with the market
Administer various HR related tasks such as staff movements, monthly reports, etc to ensure data integrity and availability of accurate management information
Coordinate new employee onboarding/induction to facilitate their smooth transition and integration into the organization
Foster a harmonious Industrial/Employee Relations environment through effective management of HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance to applicable employment legislation
Ensure continuous development of workforce by actively driving learning and development initiatives
Enhance individual and organizational performance through effective application and monitoring of performance related processes
Champion Employee Wellness to strengthen employee engagement and productivity
Support Community Investment projects

Requirements, Education and Experience
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience; 3 of which should have been spent in a fully-fledged HR Officer/Generalist role in a unionized environment
Strong IR background required
FMCG/ Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience in starting up an HR department from its infancy stage

Knowledge:
Computer literate (MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; intermediate level)
Proficiency in HRIS; SAP would be advantageous
Working knowledge & good understanding of the HR legislative framework (with emphasis on IR)
