SALARY: D4 ( P165, 300 - P182, 496 per annum)
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in HRM, Public Administration, Industrial Relations or Labour Law.
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 years’ relevant experience in the Human Resource Management and Development related environment, 2 years should have been spent at C1 or equivalent.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ø Arranges for and conducts HR audits in Land Board and Departments to ensure compliance of Human resource policies and procedures.
Ø Prepares Employee Relations statistical reports to effectively manage and maintain established records.
Ø Provides advice on Employee Relations matters to the Ministry management to ensure adherence to labour laws.
Ø Address all Ministry staff welfare queries and make recommendations to management.
Ø Reviews and monitors supervisees performance to improve divisional performance.
Ø Convenes Joint Consultative and Local Committees sittings.
Ø Coach supervisors on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
