Senior Expert - Development of Two Web-based Organisational Re-engineering Applications

As part of an ongoing contract at the SADC Secretariat in Botswana, Mazars is looking for the following short term expertise:

Overall Objective
Develop two web-based applications to be applied to evaluate organisational culture and management style of the SADC Secretariat as a key component of organisational re-engineering.

General Professional Experience
The service provider should have at least ten years of experience in web design and the development of complex applications. This would include the development of databases that are interfaced and driven by algorithms to produce results and outputs that may differ for target audiences.

Specific Experience
The complexity of these applications indicates that specific experience with the following technology and tools will be necessary to undertake this project effectively.
Hyper Text Mark-up Language (HTML5) as well as XHTML and DHTML
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS3)
Javascript  - experience with AngularJs will be an advantage
Model–view–controller (MVC)
Application Programming Interface (API)

It is imperative that established industry standard software is used to enable future upgrades and amendments can be accommodated without proprietary dependencies.
