Marketing & Sales Executive (1 Post)
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers,
colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, social
media, television or on the radio;
managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters,
flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc;
arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
maintaining and updating customer databases;
conducting market research;
contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
managing budgets;
evaluating marketing campaigns;
monitoring competitor activity;
listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and
via telephone calls and emails;
cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new
business
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with
quotations;
